Graduation
Graduation from high school, my first goal for my lifetime. Now the time has come to say goodbye to my friends, my teachers and all those who helped me navigate my way through this academic journey filled with ups and downs, fights, friendships, drama, Bad grades, good grades, field trips, and more drama. Some of the best times of my life have been made in the process of my academic career. Now that we are all gathered here as seniors we think of past memories and think to ourselves how our academic career has played a big part in who we are as of today.Back in 1997 I attended angel crest elementary in Los Angeles California. I can still remember this first day of kindergarten. Everyone with their mommies and daddies, hiding behind their parents because they are so shy to even be seen. But then there was always that "kid" who comes up to everyone and say “hi my name is Charlie" "what's your name?" "Wanna be friends?” Well that kid became my first school friend believe it or not. The same first day our parents leave us and it's just us kids, the students, and the future. The class of 2010. Early years were great with the coloring and the show and tell it was all dandy. Until about the 3rd grade. My world changed. School got more serious and the after school gangs/bullies in my area got scarier. My parents came to the conclusion that we were making the move to the land of ten thousand lakes where most of our family lived. I had to say good bye to my first part of my academic journey because Minnesota part to was waiting for me. I arrived to Minnesota and it was cold. What a surprise. I arrived in late august. Little did I know winter had not even hit yet. Time and school flies by. Before I know it I attending Blackhawk middle school. Where. Part 2 ends And a new part starts I like the call the process of maturity. 6th grade flies I bomb my classes, 7th grade comes nuke my classes, 8th grade comes I try to buckle down and actually try. I almost bomb my classes. Coming out of 8th grade were all on different levels of Maturity I know I was still about a level 2. Until the day I come home and my mom tell me something that boosts me from a level 2 to about a level 6. Turned out one of my cousins who lives in Mexico had dropped out of school a while ago but my parents never told me. He got involved Ina gang and moved out away from his parents. No school, no parents to lead him. He was bound for nowhere good. Turned out he had shot abs killed someone from rival gang. He was 18 and free. Now he won't feel freedom until he's 38. Ever since that day I pushed myself to never be like him. To stay in school and be something of myself. High school starts. Every time I had no desire to do any school I thought of Marcus, my cousin. And how bad I wanted to be the opposite of him and the pushed me. It got me through 3 years. I have things figures out at this point. Besides my boxing school is my plan b incase that times comes where I get knocked out silly and ends my career. At least I'd have a degree and could provide for my family. It's the summer coming out of 11th grade and I start to decide what colleges I should apply for. This was a big deal for my parents; neither of them went to college. In fact my dad my dad dropped out of school at 16 to go pro instead. I think it's kind of funny actually. They help me decide and we choose und so I apply. Senior year starts. Everyone is crazy excited. The atmosphere feels different with that 2010 sting in the air. Quarter 2 comes around and I received my response from und. I was in. My mom goes nuts and so does my dad though to me it's not that big of a deal because if always had plans to go college and get accepted so it jus confirmed my hopes. But after I felt confident and the class bombing started again now that I was accepted. It's been a cruise from the. On going through things like spring break, which was one of the best weeks of my life? So now I am here. Telling you my school life story and how I got this far. And everyone here has a story of thief own that makes then who they are. But no matter what your story is we’re all the class of 2010. Happy graduation seniors, peace.

Today is monday and im bored in this class. I don know why im bored because im usually not bored in this class but maybe its because its a monday. This morning I overslept because i was up late last night playin some xbox. I don't really care about school anymore considering I have been accepted to the college o f my choice and its 4th quarter of senior year. I do enjoy my classes this quarter becasue they are fairly easy and dont usually require alot of hw because I have 2 gym and 2 study halls. I predict that Spain will win the world cup this year and Floyd Mayweather will beat Shane Mosley on may 1st.

Future Communications Video Reflection
I think that, that video was stupid and that people shouldnt beleive it. I do beleive however that the future does has to do with the internet. But the future will not play out how it said in the video. I don't beleive poeple would find virtual worlds amusing what so ever. In my opinion our live will be controlled through trechnology in the future but we will still live in reality and have real life encounters.

Focused Free Writing.
I beleive that social media these days is starting to get ridiculous. Not one person I know doesnt know what facebook is or what youtube is. We find current events out by accident online as things are being shot at us by the social media. We pay alot of interest on whats going on online that sometimes we pay no attention to the real world, but in the future the real world will be the internet.

Free Writing Activity
I would like to talk about my future and what i will do after high school, i am planning on two choices, either staying here in Minnesota or going the University of North Dakota. my decisions all depends on how far i go in boxing this summer, i have the national Golden gloves and i also have the national USA tournament as well as the ringside world tournament. if i make it within the top 3 like i did last year in any of these three tournament i will stay in Minnesota and continue boxing for the simple fact that i wouldn't want to leave my gym or my coaches which are my father, and Sankara and Adonis Frazier.
